Description Feeder sectionFriction Feeder with 8 untimed feeding belts, 30 mm width.Adjustable vibrating motor.Lateral feed gates fully adjustable to the width of the blank.(2) Two adjustable front feed knives with carton spacing carriers (bogies).
2. Side Register unit Due to the speed differential between the feeder and the machine, this system allows to register the blanks on their progress towards the pre-folding section, getting a perfect alignment.
3. Pre-folding sectionLeft hand glue flap pre-folder up to 180º.3rd crease pre-folding set up to 135º.1st and 3rd crease openers. Lock bottom sectionFour (4) set of folding fingers to fold flaps and panels.Three (3) upper & lower carriers.Accesories for B-type lock bottom boxes.
5. Gluing sectionLower glueing tank, left side, easy to remove and clean.Standard 4 mm wide glue disc, other thicknesses are available as options.Upper gluing system by discs NOT AVAILABLE in Smartfold series.Optional Electronic upper gluing system by guns, upon request.
6. Folding and closing section25 mm bottom belts & 30 mm outer belts with variable speed. Left & right side completes 180º folding second and fourth creases.Left & right side guide wheels allow flexible adjustment of different positions to facilitate folding.
7. Transfer sectionUpper and lower arms adjustable in length.Automatic belt tensioning system.Automatic collecting boxes to ensure a perfect spreading of the same to its entry into the pressing station.Electronic counter and "kicker" for marking packets.Equipped with air compressor.
8. Press sectionApron width 900 mm.Upper section can be moved back and forward depending of box length.Pneumatic pressure adjustment to avoid marks.Automatic or manual mode.5 meters total length with 3.5 meters effective pressure length.
