Load and Temperature Monitoring Devices for Hospital Isolation Power System

As the main accessory of the medical IT isolation power system, SZHINO type insulation monitor can measure insulation, voltage, current and the temperature values of two circuits at the same time. The monitor can be connected with multiple remote alarm terminals so as to operate it in different operation rooms or nursing stations. It can measure the parameters like power, power factor and frequency (need to be customized).
Product Features
Insulation resistance measurement: the range is 0-1MΩ. The setting alarm value is 0- 999 KΩ. When the measured value is less than the set value, the alarm program will start.
Voltage measurement: the range is 0-500V or customized. The setting alarm value is 0-1,000V. When the measured value is beyond the setting range, the alarm program will start.
Current measurement: the range is 0-70A or customized. The setting alarm value is 0-1,000A. When the measured value is more than the set value, the alarm program will start.
Two-circuit temperature measurement: the range is -10℃ to 200℃. The setting alarm value is 0-200℃. TFL is the start-up set value of air fan. When the measured value of one of the two circuits is more than the value, relay KFO and KF1 will close. TAL is the setting alarm value of temperature upper limit. When the measured value of one of the two circuits is more than the value, the alarm program will start.
Main Functions
a. It has the functions of real-time monitoring and fault alarm on the ground insulation resistance, transformer load current, transformer winding temperature of the monitored IT system;
b. It can monitor the disconnection fault of the connected system, the disconnection fault of the temperature sensor and the disconnection of the functional grounding wire in real time, and give an alarm indication when the fault occurs;
c. Relay fault output, LED alarm indication and other fault indication functions;
d. Using advanced field bus communication technology, it can communicate with external alarm and display instrument and host computer management software to monitor the operation status of IT system in real time;
e. With event recording function, it can record the time and type of fault occurrence of the alarm, which is convenient for the operator to analyze the running status of the system and eliminate the fault in time.
f. Support insulation fault location function (AIM-M200 has this function), can jointly locate the fault with the insulation fault locating device, and display the positioning result.Standards

A2: We have assembled the five parts in a cabinet, and you can use it only by connecting the incoming line switch to the outgoing line switch. It is very convenient. The cost of cabinet and the assembly service cost is cheap.

A3: You can install it in the case or the nursing station.
