SUPPLIERS TERMS & CONDITIONS

Buyer submits to Seller a written LOI + BCL.
Seller issues a FCO.
Buyer accepts FCO.
Seller presents Purchase Agreement (P.A.) and LC format to Buyer.
Buyers bank confirms in writing ability to issue LC as per format.
P.A. mutually executed.
Buyers bank issues LC as per agreed format.
Seller advises Buyer of nominated vessel and discharge laycan.
Vessel arrivesdestination and discharges.
