High Saturation magnetic induction soft magnetic alloys 1J22(GB/T15002-1994)

An alloy of 49% Cobalt, and 2%Vanadium, balance Iron, Hiperco 50 and Hiperco 50A have the highest magnetic saturation of all soft-magnetic alloys and excels in applications where this attribute is needed. Hiperco 50 maintains its strength after heat treating making it your best choice for applications that experience high forces.
Hiperco 50 alloy strip has been used primarily in the manufacture of rotor and stator laminations in motors and generators for aircraft power generation applications.
Note:
Hiperco 50A alloy is a soft magnetic alloy which has been used primarily as magnetic core material in electrical core material in electrical equipment requiring high permeability values at very high magnetic flux densities. The magnetic characteristics of this alloy permit weight reduction, reduction of copper turns, and insulation in the end product when compared to other magnetic alloys having lower permeabilities in the same magnetic field range.Related Products
