Sealing Machine for pouch and sterilization roll
Purpose
For packaging before disinfection.
Operation process
1 . Open the carton and check the parts of the appliance:
a Power cable 1
b Sealing Machine 1
c User Manual 1
2 . Plug on the power supply, install the pole and fit on the pounch for disinfection.
3. Pre-heat the machine. choose the temperature which from 0 to 200℃. press the time and temp key . while the LCD will show the temperature and will flicker. Press to add and press to reduce. once finished it, pls press the time and temp key again to save it. When the LCD show the -------- . the temp have been saved successful.
4. Press the time and temp key stay 4S. you can adjust the error ofthe temp( generally no need it). press the Time and temp key stay 2S to set up the compaction time . Press to add and press to reduce. (from 0-9s).press the time and temp key again to save it.
5. This machine have the Auto/manual key. Through press it to choose the auto(A) or manual(P) model.
1) The manual model. once You press the compaction button .the machine will compaction one time.
2) The Auto model. The machine will compaction each 0-9S.
6. The machine have the knife. You can cut the pounch while you sealing it.
We suggest to set the temp is 185℃ and the compaction time is 4S.
