Brilliant Charter Limited (BCL) is specialized in dealing the export of graphite electrodes and other graphite products.Till 2002, BCL has grown into one of the largest integrated electrode exporters in China. We supply the diameter 40 - 600mm of RP, HP and UHP electrodes, all of which are produced by 6 close cooperated manufacturers.
