---1, Introduction of pipedrying machine for grass
This dryer is suitable for drying materials of moisture 30~60%. The dryer is equipped with two fuel boilers, inlet, steel pipe, exhaust blower (fan), air lock and cyclone. Wet materials are put into the hopper. The fuel boiler generates hot air which mixes with wet materials and then is sucked into the pipes by the exhaust blower (fan) quickly. And then hot air is flowing and going though the curving pipes and buffer (drying chamber) of dryer, thus wet materials is finished to dry, and the dried materials are discharged from the outlet with air lock. This wood dryer reduces the moisture to 8~12% with the advantages of low cost consumption and high efficiency.

1. The general introduction of thewood sawdust rotary drum dryer :
For this type it is not only can be usedto dry wood sawdust, , rice husk, biomass powder , but also can be used for drying wood chips and sugar cane bagasse, etc. which is the pre-processing for making pellet, briquette, biomass fuel, etc.
There is a screw conveyor designed for feeding the material, thus saving muchlabor.
When operating, put the wet material in through the hopper, and the hot air will mix and dry and then discharge at the cyclone. The professional design make the dryer can dry from the moisture 40-70% to final 8-12%. Which is perfect for making pellet, briquette, etc.
2. The structure of wood sawdust rotarydrrum dryer:
♣ Fireplace is the place where the firewood, coal, gas or other material is burning for heat, there is a specially designed buffer which can make the hot air through but provent the fire in.
♣Inlet placeis beside the fireplace, thus the material can be dry at a early time.
♣ Roller is running evenly to make the material drying and processing at the same time.
♣Discharging unit is installed with thermeter to control drying temperature. The temperature change of dryer's feeding end can be indicated by the thermometer to control the inner drier temperature ( generally 250-350°C)
♣ The cyclone is for the discharging, whcih is more convenient and air lock for making the discharging little noise and no waste.
