This producion line includes conical twin screw extruder, vacuum forming tank, spray cooling tank, pipe haul off machine, pipe cutting machine,pipe stacker. The extruder and haul off machine purchase the world famous brand inverters; vacuum pump and haul off machine major parts all purchase high quaility products. Haul off machine with the type of two caterpillars, three caterpillars, four caterpillars, five caterpillars, six caterpillars, eight caterpillars and the cutting machine purchase the blades cutting and planet cutting. PVC pipe production line also purchase the length counting and cutting system.
All major parts of the whole production line we purchase are all world famous brand products which ensured the high quality of the machines.
PVC double pipe production line was designed according to customers detail requirement. Extruder purchase the SJZ-51/105 SJZ-55/120 or SJZ-65/132 conical twin screw extruder, the rest production line includes double pipe vacuum forming tank, double pipe haul off and cutting machine, double pipe stacker. Two pipe extruding are operated seperately avoding one pipe affect the other pipe extruding.
We also will offer the customer two kinds of operating system: manual operation and PLC automatic operation.
