63-110mm PVC double pipe production line with SJSZ80/156 conical twin screw extruder as main extruder, with corresponding auxiliary machinery, specially designed for PVC pipe, is mainly used in the area of agricultural water supply system, architectural water supply system, pavement of cables, etc .


The line is conical twin screw extruder equipped with double stainless steel vacuum forming tanks , The auto single-control double hauling off machine,each caterpillar with independent motor, and two cutting machine are combined with the front double calibration technology to make operation more flexible. Sometimes,according to customer's requirement,it can be equipped with a film roll machine between haul off machine and cutting machine. Pipe Diameter range: 63mm,75mm,90mm,110mm. Two Pipe Outlets.
