N95 Face Mask Making Machine



This machine is an all-in-one machine of automatic three-dimensional folding mask. From the feeding of cloth to the completion of automation of finished products, including (upper bridge strip, printing), spot welding of elastic belt, folding, forming, welding and cutting of finished products, waste removal, and finished product output, the automatic production on a machine is fully realized. (the whole machine only needs one person to operate).Features:1. Material shortage induction automatic stop.2. Update and replace the turntable of the ear belt for longer use.3. The body is made of sheet metal to make it stronger.4. Open holes and print in multiple groups.

(1) Combine non-woven fabric;
(2) Stitch the metal wire fixed by the nose clip into the laminated three-layer non-woven fabric;
(3) Folding mask and flattened by a roller machine;(4) Cut to a single mask unit
(5) Fix the hanging ear rope to the four corners of the mask
(6) Finished product
