The steel pipes diameter is from 219 mm to 4000 mm, wall thickness is from 6.4mm to 25.4mm, length is from 8 to 25.4m and the maximum steel grade is X100.The production is conformity with GB/T9711, API SPEC 5L and the domestic and international high quality standard requirement.The company is equipped with four steel pipe flat head chamfering machine units including one 3048mm, two 1620mm, one 920mm and one 820mm machine unit.The company has five sets of hydrostatic testing machines of 600 metric tons,1000 metric tons, 2000 metric tons, 2500 metric tons and 3500 metric tons, which can carry out hydrostatic test for steel pipe in diameter scopes of 219-820 mm,219-920 mm,508-1620 mm,406-1626 mm,508-3048 mmThe company occupies five sets of X-ray real-time imaging detection systems which the diameter scopes are 508-4000, 406-1626, 325-1620,219-1420,219-920.The company owns five sets of ultrasonic continuous detection systems that the diameter scope of steel pipe are 219-820 mm, 219-920 mm, 406-1626 mm, 508-1620 mm, 1210-4040 mm.The group totally possesses six internal and external coating production lines, with annual yield of 10,000,000 m2. The coating production specifications: diameter is from 89 to 3000 and the length is from 8m to 18m. The internal and external coating can be manufactured continuously. It applies to internal and external coating production of 3PE, 3PP, 2PE, signal-layer epoxy and double-layer epoxy liquid internal coating. Concerning the above mentioned six state-of-the-art buried steel pipe coating production lines, the main equipments and components are all purchased from well-known manufactures at home and abroad. It covers internal and external coating steel pipes with max diameter of 3600mm, max length of 18m. The products mainly include 3PE/3PP coating, signal-layer/double-layer epoxy powder internal and external coating, inner resistance-reducing coatings, internal and external anti-corrosion with liquid coatings etc, which and are mainly used for long-distance fluid transportation under high or medium pressure, such as petroleum and natural gas, water supply, sewage drainage, heat network reconstruction and so on; as well as used for piling, bridges and structural steel. The company possesses two HFW production lines which the processing diameters are 219mm and 426mm; and the annual output of them is 150,000 metric tons. The product specifications: diameter is from 60.3mm to 426mm, wall thickness is from 3.2mm to 12.7mm and the steel grade can reach X60.The steel pipes are conformity with the quality standard requirements of GB/T9711, API SPEC 5L and GB/T3091 etc.The annual output of JCOE SAWL production line is 300,000 metric tons, steel pipes diameter is from 406mm to 1620mm, wall thickness is from 6.4mm to 40mm, and the steel grade can reach X80.The company is importing full-automatic and high speed milling machine, pre-bending machine, JCO forming and expending machine with international advanced technology from SMS MEER.
