Step 1 : When receive customer’s complaint, collecting complete information and advising relevant sections to deal with.
Step 2 : Check “ Record of Quality “ which made during production process. Inspecting retained samples to understand the situation of customer’scomplaint, then reporting inspection result to Supervisor.
Step 3 : Discuss with related sections for improving the quality and offering reasonable compensation.
Step 4 : Reporting our resolution to customer and getting customer’s approval.
Packing & Shipping
Packing information :
1. Industrial packaging: plastic bag + craft paper + carton or wooden ; plastic tube + carton.
2. Commercial packing: 1pc/plastic bag + color box + carton.
3. As the clients' requirement.
