--the LOCAL EXPORT CUSTOM DECLARATION COST.
--the AIR or SEA SHIPPING COST to foreign countries' air or sae port.
--the import CUSTOM DECLARATION COST at arriving air or sea port.
--the TRANSPORATION COST from the arriving port to customer's door address.

2, The Goods Packing / Basic Bulk Packing Normally :


All our supplied items are FRAGILE, the products has the basic packing in our factory, but the goods is not safe enough for air or sea shipping, all of the products need to be PALLET PACKING before they are shipped by air or by sea, in that case, the goods will be shipped safety.If you have any special packing request, please kindly let us know, we can make the packing customized according to your request, but there will be extra cost for this.


We can make the below special packing, and not limit this.

--Postal Safety Packing / Poly-foam frame Protected Packing;--Postal Mail and Delivery Safety Packing;



3， Goods Delivery and Shipping / By Sea not By Air Shipping :


The goods is made by ceramic, porcelain, and bone china, the items is very HEAVY, so we do not suggest shipping the goods by air, which will cost too much, normally, the goods should be shipped by sea.


4, Broken and Damage Goods / Refunding or Compensating, not Re-shipping :


Whatever by sea shipping or by air shipping, there would be little broken or damage during shipping, although we have packed the goods properly, because the goods is FRAGILE, in case, the broken or damage situation happened, we will cut the damage goods cost or compensate the damage goods to you in your next order, we can not ship the damage goods separately, because the shipping cost will be too much, we have no ability afford that, please kindly understanding.


5, Customized Samples, Delivery Samples, Leading Time and Cost:


-For our existing and similar sample, which can be free, but only for one or two samples, time would be WITHIN ONE WEEK;
-For making orignal Designed and Customized samples, THREE WEEKS APPROX. would be needed; This kind of samples can not be free for new customers, For old customers, we can supply them freely but under negotiation and agreement;
-For the samples' delivery freight, we do not afford any kind of samples freight for new customers; We afford all of the samples delivery freight for old customers;
-All of the samples and their freight will be refunded after the order is /confirm/i, customers can cut the cost from the deposit;



6, Production, Leading Time & Delivery Time:


-According to company's rule, we will arrange the mass production only after confirming the order's deposit;
-The Production time should be calculated from deposit confirmed time to all of the products to be finished;
-The delivery time would be depended on the shipment arrangement, Normally, The products can be loaded on the ship within two weeks after the production time;
-For one 20ft container; the production leading time will be 30 DAYS APPROX. after confirming the deposit;
-For one 40ft container; the production leading time will be 45 DAYS APPROX. after confirming the deposit;



7, about the Payment:


We supply our customers the following variable ways for payment.
-Alipay, Paypal, Western Union;
-Telegraphic Transfer in advance; IE. T/T, 30% advance and balance against copy of BL;
-Letter of credit at sight; IE. L/C in sight and irrevacable;
