Application:
1) Refining of Vegetable oils like:
Cottonseed, Soyabean, Sunflower, Rapeseed, Mustard, Peanut, Coconut, Corn,

What is Activated Bleaching Earth?
Activated Bleaching Earth is a mineral clay, made from Bentonite material. After acid with H2SO4, activated bleaching earth has strong absorption and decoloring ability. It can remove and absorp the impurity and make the crude oil & used oil to be clear color.
How it is working?
Emerge and separate some natters, such as pigment, colloid, impurity, dram heavy metal in lipid which can cause oxidant and activator toxic.
How to Use it?
1.According to the content of impurities and thinckness, add proper activated bleaching earth, general usage 5%-10% for oil heavy.
2. Gasoline and diesel generally don' t need to heat ,but sticky oil need to be heated, such as vaseline, engine oil, open fie and steam is available. Generally heating to 105℃- 100℃, reaction kettle in iron and add white earth in advance, can prevent oxiation of oil or composite.
Method of use:
Firstly, take 100ML oil, weighing about 15g activated clay, adding slowly by spoon and stiring, fully precipitation, until reaching for teatment of oil requirement, finally draw activated clay dosage. And then put into production, right amount of white earth into large container, and then press the front of the proportion of the oil that include uniform mixing( when nessary add heating kettle, heat diluted in about 30 minutes or so) , wait for after cooling precipitation, filter press with pressure filter.
Note:
The activated clay began to lose gesso when tempeature above 300℃, make the structure change of decolorization have influence. The surface is very easy absorpition of moisture, the water is high also influence decoloring effect, and the catalytic performance. Pay attention to prevent rain, moist, should stored in ventailated dry place.
