3)Q:How can I get the accurate price?
A: There are some basic details we need to know for price calculate, such as quantity, size, cover material, design printing& surface finishing (can refer to explain pictures on our website), and then the best price will be send to you on time.
4)Q:How long is the mass production time?
A:Normal 20-25 days. Rush order is available.
5)Q:Can I get a sample before mass production?
A:Of course! The normal produce progress is that we will make the pre-production sample for your quality evaluation. The mass production will be started after we get your confirmation on this sample.
6)Q:How long can I get the sample which made based on my require?
A:After received the sample charge and all the material & design be /confirm/ied. It need 5-7 days to produce it and the express time usually need around 3-5day.
7)Q:Artwork & Logo Format
A:We prefer LOGO file in format .EPS, .AI, .CDR, (in vector format with fonts converted to outlines or curves), we can also accept .PDF, .JPG file.
8)Q:Is the sample charge can be refundable?
A:Yes, normally the sample charge can be refundable when you confirm the mass production, but for the specific situation pls contact the people who follow up with your order.
9)Q:What kind of paper can be printed on?
A:We have several kinds of paper available which depending on you products needed, like the woodfree paper, artpaper, kraft paper, paper cardboard. So if you are not sure about which material you need, we could recommend some notebooks for you.
