ASA Colored Synthetic Resin Plastic PVC Roofing Sheet Making Machine
The PVC layer is produced by the SJZ80/156 conical twin-screw extruder, the ASA layer is extruded by the SJ50 single-screw co-extruder, and the equipment is composed of T-mold, forming machine, cutting machine and stacking rack.

Hanger type plate head, with pneumatic opening and closing mold, flexible and safe lifting mechanism, so that the molding is more reliable, the thickness adjustment is very convenient.
The ASA Colored Synthetic Resin Plastic PVC Roofing Sheet Making Machine is mainly used for the production of PVC+ASA/PVC multi-layer composite resin tile and glazed tile. The specifications are 880mm, 1050mm in width, 2.5, 3mm in thickness, and 220mm and 250mm in pitch.
Adopts the rubber traction roller consistent with the waveform, which makes the traction especially smooth, convenient and fast roller distance adjustment device, and has the on-site handling ability of various situations.

Carefully designed cutting method, oblique edge automatic cutting, so that the incision more neat, can be set according to the need of automatic cutting, highlighting the people-oriented design concept.
