Large diameter HDPE water supply pipe and gas pipe production line produced by our company:
Two or three layers of spiral die is used for double resistance tube extrusion, the wall thickness of co-extrusion layer is uniform, the inner and outer layer are double resistance material (flame retardant and antistatic), the core layer is ordinary HDPE, which greatly reduces the use of double resistance material, so as to reduce the cost of double resistance tube.

The main HDPE pipe machine of the production line adopts ABB frequency converter, Siemens contactor, Schneider circuit breaker, Omron temperature control meter and other high-performance electrical components to ensure the stability of long-term operation.
Vacuum calibration and spray tank are made of stainless steel.

The HDPE pipe cutting machine adopts PLC control system, using no tooth alloy steel ring without chip cutting, cutting smooth
