Product Description
Raw materials
(1) Main Extrusion Part: PVC SG-5, Stabilizer, CPE, ACR, DOP should mix at pecentage; hot mixer adjust temperature about 115-120 degree, then direct into cool mixer to cool about 45 degree.
(2) Soft Edge Material: after formulation to make special soft edge also called as soft PVC, with different colors to choose and equip with main skirtings as same one.
(3) On mixing, better to add some pigment or masterbatch to mix with PVC powders, then can get similar skirtings color.
