This private island of 84 acres, is nestled in turquoise waters north of Abaco in the Bahamas. The island is currently being used as a private family retreat, and offers four homes, with a total of six beedrooms and nine baths, strategically placed through out the island, with lush garden that offer privacy and a new dimention to the waterfront experience.The beaches sand are white and soft with gazebos placed in harmony in places to ad flavour to a tranquil experience. There is a private harbour for five vessel included with the island. A 35 ft Carbo Yatch, a 34 Venture, three Boston Whalers, and several waverunners.
Other amenities include a fitness center, two auxillary generators ( a 223kw and a 100kw Caterpillar, also included is a reverse osmosis water maker, capable of producing 6,000 gallons a day, scuba and snorkle gear, for all sizs, manicured pathways, meandering around the island to the various homes. Also included is a 15,000+ square foot parcel of land in the eastern harbour of Man o war Cay, with two docks and a boat lift.
