FQA No ink printed out:
1. Check display:No prompt message on display screen:
A. If printer is connected with power;
B. If power is on;
C,Shut down power switch for 30s and turn it on again;
D,If there is still nothing displayed after all steps, please contact with local distributor or agent.
2. Check print status:When cursor is not in editing status, press button “P” and start up printing.
3. Check selective information:Press button “ E ” to enter into information editing and check printcontent.
4. Check parameter setting:Press button “ J ” and check if parameters for delay and synchronizerare correct.
5. Check space:make sure there is certain space kept between products, otherwise, infrared sensorcannot be triggered.
6. Check ink catridge: If there is ink in the catridge.
7. Squeeze sedimentary ink catridge: Check if there is ink flowing out when it is squeezed, if there isink flowing out then check if sensor can work normally.
8. Check sensor:Check if light on sensor is on when product pass through, and if sensor is connect tomachine body correctly.
