A: Our MVQ is 40HQ ( 20STD acceptable for test order ), you can mix 4-5 designs in 40HQ as long as MOQ at 30pcs/SKU is met.
Q: Why are your prices different from as it shown on Alibaba ?
A: The prices showing on Alibaba are just price ranges for references, actual price will be up to TTL order volume, material selection , shipping way ( LCL or FCL) and etc.
Q: Can you produce with customers own designs?
A:We have professional designer team and top furniture sample maker, who can realize customers' design perfectly.
Q: Can the details of the product be changed?
A:Yes, of course. If you have better idea, we can change the cover material, color, legs or size .
Q: What is your delivery time?
A:40-45 days after getting the deposit. We can accelerate productionor postpone production, but it's noted that the acceleration of production depends on the specific circumstances.
Q: Where is your factory ?
A: We located in Anji Zhejiang, three hours drive to Shanghai,one hours from Hangzhou.
Q: Can you accept OEM or ODM?
A: Yes, customize product is available in our factory . Please send your design pictures to us ,then we talk about it with our professional designers and confirm well with you.
Q: Can i order samples? Are they free of charge ?
A: Yes, we do sample orders for certain customers .Sample fees are needed and we will deduct the sample fee from your bulk order later .
Q: What is the payment term ?
A: Our payment term is usually 30% deposit and 70% after copy BL by T/T or L/C.Trade assurance is available too.
