Product description
The CanGas® Membrane nitrogen generator CAME system uses a semi-permeable polymeric membrane to separate and obtain nitrogen from the air. The desired feedstock is compressed air containing 78% N2, 21% O2, 0.9% Argon, and 0.1% other components. The hollow fiber membrane is actually like a gas permeable tube. When the compressed gas passes through the core of the thin tube, some gases such as steam, O2, N2, and CO2 will permeate through the tube wall, but the nitrogen gas permeates slowly - under the stream pressure, the nitrogen gas flows to the tube end and out to the nitrogen buffer or storage tank as purified product nitrogen.
CAN GAS CAME membrane nitrogen generators provide economical, low maintenance and simple method for nitrogen generations especially suitable for low purity from 95% to 99.9%.The capacity is flexible by adding or deducting membrane modules that are installed in parallel.

Warranty
The Guarantee/Warranty Period shall be a period of 360days after on-site startup & commissioning or 420days after shipment, whichever occurs first. If any trouble or defect, originating with the design, material, workmanship or operating characteristics of any Goods, arises at any time during GUARANTEE/WARRANTY period, CAN GAS shall, at his own expense and as promptly as possible, make such alterations, repairs and replacements.
Site service
CAN GAS can do paid services of on-site startup, commissioning, installation supervision, training, by providing purchaser with the services of qualified English-speaking engineer at user's site.CAN GAS shall obtain all permits and licenses required to perform the services under this Agreement.
CAN GAS will provide his personnel with valid visas, in maximum 10 days mobilization to site.
