Hulled Sesame Seeds are used extensively for sprinkling on breads, breadsticks and buns. These are a rich source of protein and minerals. The term 'Hulled' comes from its husk hull or skin which is removed. Hulled Sesame Seeds are relatively softer than Natural Sesame Seeds.
Today, we have 2 lines in the state of Ahmedabad – one for hulling and the other for cleaning. Both the lines boast of state of the art processing from Buhler.
