Q1. Are you the manufacturer or trader?
A1. We are the patented design owner and the distributor. We work with the reputable & CNC equipped manufacturers to bring the product to the market.
Q2. What's the sample cost?
A2. For standard modules, they can be provided at no charge or at a minimal amount but subject to the availability and on validated business request; freight collection to be arranged by the prospect.
Q3. Any further discount?
A3. There are many ways to work around it, such as 1) Quantitative discount 2) Co-branding discount 3) Distributorship discount 4) Licensee discount (most profitable). Call our sales team for further discussion.
Q4. Can we change the colour or material?
A4. Most colours can be customized according to request. As for the material, please refer to the option found in the respective product page.
Q5. What about price term and payment term?
A5. Price term is based on EXW & FOB, while payment term is 40% down payment, balance 60% prior to shipment; payment mode being: TT.
Q6. Do you accept customized order?
A6. Yes, we do but based on the current designs only.
