Operations guide


1.check the accessories :1 host,1 bracket,2 power cord,1 cleaning fluid,1 recycling bottle,1 circular tube,1 pack of dust-free cloth,2 filter,1 working glasses,1manual.2.Open on the left side of {cleaning fluid area},set the PE pipe into cleaning fluid and recycling fluid according to label.3.Use the clean cloth to clean cylinder,and then install the bracket in cleaning tank steel wire on the case,upward the side with hole.



4.Respectively insert the right input.output,cleaning PE pipe into the bracket hole.5.Remove the printhead which need to clean,first clean the inside ink artificially,then wipe with cleaning fluid on printhead surface repeatedly.6.Put the cleaning printhead gently into the bracket hole then fix it,then put spray tube's mouth insert into the printhead ink entrance,and then insert the two side of configured circular tube into the other side ink entrance.7.Switch on input and start pour cleaning fluid.keep cleaning fluid and bracket balance but not more than the bracket face,then switch off,stop input.




8.Switch on two cleaning buttons,begin to clean printhead {direct injection},at the same time,set the host temperature (35-45 degrees),temperature setting operation on the left side of host electronic display screen,left 1 as the set value,press he switch on the left bottom after setting the value,the left indicator light flashing,that works well,left 2 display the current cleaning tempertaure.
9.1 take out the printhead gently,iudging the blocking situation by the spray linear.
9.2 When inclined spray,switch off two cleaning buttons first,and then disconnect the circular tube,put two ends in the bracket hole respectively,finally opened two cleaning switch,at this point,the cleaning automatic cycle,close the cover of the machine to forbid dust in,to the inclined spray printhead,the average heating cycle for 24 hours.





9.3 if printed blocked,continue to {straight spray cleaning} for 36 hours,if not good,change to {circulation cleaning} for 36 hours,during which also needs 5-10 times micro super work,each time must not be more than 60 seconds.micro ultra set on the right side of the host,right 1 screen time value(minutes)can be set up of 01,press the switch on the right side of the bottom,begin to automatic micro super(NOTE:that micros work,the operation,can not leave during the micro working,or it will be damage the printhead when overtime)10.switch off after cleaning,open the ouotput switch at the same time and recycling cleaning fluid to recycle bottles,generally open a cleaning fluid can continue to use within three days.it will lost its cleaning effect due to the chemical wave principle when over three days.
