2. What certificate do you have ?
We have ISO 9001, FSC certificate.
3. How much capacity can you produce every month?
We do 100 containers per month for Film faced plywood, 25 containers per month for commercial plywood, 30 containers for fancy plywood. 40 containers for MDF with Melamine and so on.
4. What is your advantage?
We have good experience in your market, we have already done 4~10 years. Same cost, we do better quality because we have strict production processing control. We have independent inspection department for checking quality.

6.How can you make sure quality but your factory is such small?
As u know, quality is not decided by the size of the company.It depends on the technology and material selecting and production control system.
Our production manger has done this business more than 9 years,this is his first and only the job after university.
7.I have checked your quality, it is same as others ,but you price is higher,why?
Looking is almost same, you will find quality different after using, same as Chinese I phone 100usd same as real I phone, you will find difference after using.
Our process is different from a lot of plywood factory, cost is a litter high, but quality is much higher. That’s why all of our orders are always repeat orders.
8.I want to make payment in DP, is that ok? I don’t want to pay deposit, ok?
We need to get deposit 30% as meaning of confirming order at the beginning, we can do DP in the future for regular business partner.
9.Can you send me samples free to my office in Dubai?10.What is the moisture and thickness tolerance?
12~16%, 0.3mm for 2~7mm thickness, 0.5mm for 7~21mm thickness.
