Mechanism of the Sterilization
Function of Active Groups
The active oxygen ion, high energy free radical groups etc. which are contained in plasma, can oxidize easily with proteins and nucleic acid substances in bacteria, mould, spore and virus, killing the microorganism efficiently.
Function of High-speed Particles
After the sterilization experiment, the fungus body and virus particles are full of wounds, which are produced by the etching effect of the electrons and ions with high kinetic energy.
Function of Ultraviolet
Except plasma produced during the process of stimulating H2O2, there is ultraviolet as well and the photon (3.3-3.6eV) of the ultraviolet rays can be easily absorbed by the protein of virus and microorganism, in the way to destroy the activity through changing the chemical construction.

EHROH hydrogen peroxide low-temperature plasma sterilization system is primarily suitable for the disinfection of both metals and non-metals. In particular, it is very efficient for heat-sensitive and humidity-sensitive accurate equipments. So it can be widely applied for the medical equipments in the operation rooms and supply rooms, etc.

1. Stainless steel tube apparatus with internal diameter less than 1mm, length greater than 400 mm.
2. Hygroscopic materials (paper made items, wooden apparatus, cellulose, cotton fabrics, gauze, etc.)
3. Stainless steel tubular apparatus longer than 500mm; or polytetrafluoroethylene (Teflon) tubular apparatus longer than 2000mm
4. Disposable apparatus (disposable waterproof fabric, disposable surgical clothes, etc.)
5. Liquid or powder
6. Incompletely dried items
7. Equipments which are vacuum unbearable or need gravity steam sterilization
