Structure and composition
It consists of cleaning and disinfecting cabin, rack, cabinet, spray irrigation system, cleaning truck, casters, heating system,
drying system, solenoid valve, circulating pump, peristaltic pump, fan, control system, touch screen, printer and pipeline.
Consumables
The consumables used in this equipment can only use low-foam products. The use of non-low-foam products may result in water
leakage and unclean rinsing. Please contact the consumable supplier for the proportion of consumables and cleaning temperature.
1. The consumables are placed in the right door of the device and the capacity is about 1.6 liters. Just add the consumables
directly. In the enzyme-added cleaning cycle, the cleaning liquid is automatically added to the water.

Cleaning process (six modules)
1 Quickly wash with enzyme
Process: cleaning, first bleaching, second bleaching
Applicable instruments: used for cleaning instruments that are not resistant to high temperatures and do not require drying
Note: Providing demineralized, pure or distilled water can improve cleaning quality
2 Standard cleaning,
Process: cleaning, first bleaching, second bleaching, hot bleaching, drying
Applicable equipment: used for metal equipment and equipment not resistant to high temperature disinfection and cleaning
Note: Providing demineralized water, pure water or distilled water can improve the cleaning quality. Adding a lubricant can
prevent the watermark from being generated during the drying process.
3.Thermal disinfection cleaning Process: pre-cleaning, cleaning, one-bleaching, two-bleaching, hot-bleaching, drying
Applicable equipment: for metal equipment and equipment requiring high temperature disinfection and cleaning

4.Chemical cleaning
Process: pre-cleaning, cleaning, first rinse, disinfection, second rinse, hot rinse, drying

5.Fast heat disinfection and cleaning

6.dry
Process: drying (80 ℃, 30min)
Applicable equipment: for metal equipment and equipment requiring high temperature drying
Note: Containers such as dressing bowls and discs should be placed upside down to ensure dry quality.
Instrument loading
1. There is a certain gap between the instruments and they are evenly placed. Disconnect the connecting parts of the instruments
as much as possible so that all the outer surfaces of the instruments are leaked out and not blocked. Do not let the instruments protrude from the bottom of the instrument basket to avoid obstruction. Nozzle moves, if necessary, rotate the spray arm by hand to check if it runs smoothly.
2. For some larger instruments, such as changing bowls, lumbar discs, cubes, etc., the middle bracket can be removed and replaced with a blocking card for cleaning.
3. After placing the instruments, push the instrument cart into the machine. After checking correctly, close the outer door.
