Bottle inlet

a. All 304/316stainless steel rinse heads, water spray style inject design, more save water consumption and more clean.b. 304/316 Stainless steel Gripper with plastic pad, ensure minimal bottle crash during washing.
c. 304/316 stainless steel washing pump.
a. Filling valve use isobar machinery valve, High speed and big flow, the high accuracy filling valve, filling speed fast, the
liquid level is stable.
b. Main drive adopt gear drive independent, high efficiency, small noise, long life, maintenance-free, transducer can control the
main motor speed, the machine adopt Variable-frequency variable speed, whole operations area ,engine base is stainless steel
contain carbon steel.
The bottle into the click wheel through the transition card bottleneck capping machine. Rotary capping machine knife stuck on the only bottleneck location, keeping the bottle upright and prevent rotation. Capping head to remain in the revolution and rotation, under the action of the cam to achieve grasping cap, capping, screw cap, cap off action, complete the capping process.

B. Installation
I. Before machines are delivered into your factory, your esteemed company need to prepare the water, electricity, etc...When
machines reached at your factory, engineers from China-Beverage will go to your factory within two week, to finish the machines
installation, and train your workers.
C. Sample service
I. For the machines operation & maintenace troubleshooting, you completely don't worry about that. When all machines have been
manufacturered, China-beverage will take the video about machines operating, then show that to you.
II. You are welcome to come to visit China-beverage factory, and see the machine running.
III. If we get the permission of the customers who have bought the machines from us, we can provide you their contact information
and you can go and visit.
D. Payment term
30% T/T in advance as deposit, and the balance be cleared before shipment.
