YP-1400 Lab tablet pressis Smallest single-wheel tablet press machine,desk-top design,. Self-installed drive motor, capacity adjustable,small batches processing, additional filler optional.
The machine is designed for ease of operation .The main frame is made from SUS304 Stainless Steel, and all product contact surface are SUS316 Stainless Steel. Tablets of varying diameter and volume are easily achieved by removing and replacing the bottom former/ejector, punch and die with minimal setting time. Two hardened steel profile cams control the timing of the unit and need no adjustment. Jog reverse thrust device to make the work continuously.

Main application:
This machine is used for pressing different kinds of granular raw materials into round tablets. It is applicable to trial manufacturing in lab or batch production in small amount different kinds of tablets, sugar pieces, calcium tablets and tablets of abnormal shape. It features a small desktop type press for motive and continual sheeting. It can also be hand-operated. only one pair of punching die can be erected on this press. Both filling depth of material and thickness of tablet are adjustable.
