Solvent based neoprene contact cement adhesive shoes glue

Neoprene contact adhesive bonds plastic laminates and edges, board, veneer, rubber, leather, felt, cork, linoleum, to themselves and to wood, chipboard, concrete, metals.
DIRECTIONS OF USE:
Neoprene shoe glue elephant kit to have a successful performance ensure that surface to be bonded are clean and dry. Roughen both surfaces and apply evenly a thin layer of ELEPHANT KIT on them. Wait for 20-30 min. till the two surface are “just dry to tough” and then join and press for sometime. Perfect bonding will be obtained after 48 hours.
