1. Q: Are you manufacture or trading company?
A: We’re a professional manufacture, with rich experience more than 20years.
2. Q: Can your products be customized?
A: Yes, we can produce pen and package according to your request.
3. Q: What is the MOQ?
A: Normally we require 500 pieces per model for the existed ones, and 2000-3000 pieces according to different artworks for customized pens.
4. Q: Can I get a sample?
A: Yes, we can arrange the samples as your request.
5. Q: How long for a bulk order?
A: Normally 25-30 days after order /confirm/ied.
6. Q: What can I do if goods received are damaged?
A: Generally, we supply 1 year warranty with our products, meanwhile any defective products, please send us pictures, video or defective samples, we need to check it and provide solutions. Furthermore, the warranty doesn’t cover any damaged products caused by improper use.
7. Q: Where is your factory? How can I get there?
