-We don't send parts out for pretreatment, all process would be supervised under inspection department
-7 stages pretreatment meet international standard
-Baking at high temperature after power coating to ensure the paint finish

Control from material:
-All bolts and screws are of SS material
-Mild steel ERW rectangular tubes or sheets 1.2-2.0mm thickness, meet EU standard
-Plastic material is of ABS only. Durable and Sturdy. At least 10 years lifetime. Different colors for options.

Control from inspection:
-Process inspections after cold working, acid washing,powder coating and assembling
Final inspection before loading in random checking
-SGS third party inspection available if required
