The Vibratory finishing machine is used for marble, granite, limestone, mosaic stone and sandstone processing to antique and aged looking stone. It can be divided into rotary type and linear type.
Rotary type vibration machine
Pieces size: from 1*1cm to 40*40cm.
To give stone, concrete or wood an antique finish mainly rotary vibrators or tube vibrators are used. In vibratory finishing, the components are undergoing an "artificial" aging process. After the finishing process they look like they have already been in use for several years. This antiquing gives the material an identical look in shortest time for e.g. restoration works. Especially if you have wooden components, for example hardwood floors, some kind of modern living can be embodied.
Main Structure and Working priciple
This Rotary type vibration machine consists of a vibratory motor, the vessel with a separation sieve, pedestal springs and
basement. The vibratory motor is connected with the vessel by means of bolts and then together they are installed on the springs linked to the basement.

2. Realizing semi-automation through electronic controlling system and greatly improve work efficiency in stone surface
finishing.
3. Steel vibrating tank lined with polyurethane.
4. Two vibrating motors fixed sideways,equipped with adjustable weights,providing stable vibratory force.
