When put the surface plate horizontal ,pls clean it with Gasoline. Put the inspecting workpiece on the surface plate lightly .
With the instrument to measure, assembling, welding and so on .
Note : Avoid strong collision between workpiece and surface plate face .

Material and Processing:
The material of our surface plate is high strength cast iron HT200-300
The hardness of the working surface is HB170-240
Under goes tow manual handlings(artificial annealing 600-700 degree with natural aging 2-3 years) to make the product stable in accuracy and good in grinding resistance.
