Q1: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A1: 1.Regarding OEM service, general minimum order quantity (MOQ) of each design is 1000 pieces per color. 2.For your special request with less MOQ, please let us know. We'd check with our warehouse and our fabric supplier to find a possible solution.Please contact us for more details.
Q2: Can you provide OEM service?

A2: Yes, we work on OEM orders. Which means size, material, quantity, design, packing solution, etc will depend on your requests; and your logo will be customized on our products.
Q3.Shipping Method and Shipping Time?

A3: 1. Express courier like DHL, TNT, FedEX, UPS, EMS etc,shipping time is about 2-7 working days depends on country and area.
2. By air port to port: about 7-12days depends on port.
3. By sea port to port: about 20-35days

Q4: How to make an order?
A4: 1. Sample approval; 2. Client make 30% deposit or open LC after receiving our PI; 3. Client approve our Pp sample, and get the testing report if any necessary; 4. Mass product; 5. Arrange shipment; 6. Supplier arrange necessary documents and send copy of these documents; 7. Client effect balance payment; 8. Supplier send original documents or telex release the goods; 9. Quality warranty for 60days after shipment.
