Our products have the function of fireproof, mildew & worm resistant, moisture proof, sound & heat insulated. We select the A-class gypsum powder (mineral purity =93-95%, crystal water T =18%, edible) whose main ingredient is the calcium sulfate hemi hydrate (CaSO4.1/2 H2O). The special powder contains no chemical materials with high whiteness & purity. Our products have been tested as the Grade A Green Materials by the GB6566-2001 Standard "Radio nuclides Limited for Building Materials.

Preparing well moulds mix--- starch--- spread mould oil --- starching cover the mould ---spread the fiber glass well-distributed--- starching cover the fiber glass --- collect the fiber glass by hand cover it completely ---press mould till it shape- up ---demould ---drying---packing.

2 Mark reference line at perimeter of room and tack a wood strip at this elevation. (Remove when complete)
3 Using an outside corner as a starting point, (start with inside corner if job does not require any outside corners) miter one end of casting.
4Locate studs and mark stud location on wall and castings.5 Predrill and countersink casting at marked locations.
6 Apply construction adhesive to contact points of cornice to wall and ceiling.
7Rest Cornice on wood strip and (using galvanized screws) screw cornice to studs. Optional Method of attachment: Fasten wood blocking to ceiling & wall and attach casting to wood blocking.
8Fill joints and screw holes with plaster: allow to dry and sand smooth.
9 Fill open seams with paintable caulk where cornice meets wall and ceiling.
