Model STWJ-851 series single nozzle water jet loom: is a new model professionally innovated from model 813. After Innovation, the machine is highly enhanced in terms of let-off, shedding type, take-up, power transmission and body stability, and there for it gains more stable performance at high weaving speed. The model has a wider application range, especially for weaving fine and medium density fabric. It is able to work with single pump and double nozzle electric feeder system. Can choose can or dobby shedding.
Model STWJL-851 high speed super width and 871 high speed series: high speed super width heavy duty water jet loom optimized the machine structure and movement parts on the basis of heavy duty water jet loom. The beating system is improved, vibration and noise are reduced, while body rigidity and stability are enhanced. The machine is more suitable to weave fabrics at high speed.Reed Space: 340,350,360,380,420cm
Model STWJ-408 high speed heave duty series water jet loom: is a new type water jet loom. The machine is suitable to weave high weight and high density fabrics. Machine frame is highly increased in anti-vibration, gaining more stability, higher speed and higher efficienty, thus it is mainly used to produce medium and premium fabric. Optional accessories as mechanical feeder, 2-nozzle or 3 nozzle electronic feeder, dobby shedding and can shedding are available to this type loom.
Model STWJ-602 series double pump&nozzle with dobby water jet loom: is a new model developed by my company, which highly enhanced the application range of fabric available with water jet loom. It is able to work with single nozzle mechanizal feeder, single pump double nozzle or double pump double nozzle electronic feeder. It is able to process and weave two types of yarn at one time. This model main machine is STWJ851 configuration, which is very good in anti-vibration, ideal to produce high density and high weight fabrics. Model STWJ-951 series Jacquard water jet loom: This model is designed and developed to cater the needs of customers to produce high quality fabrics at low cost. Can get maximum profit rate for customers' investment. The high rigidity structure based on advanced design guarantees loom running at high speed, powerfully and with low vibration. The model has string weaving potential up to 600kg of tension. It is suitable to produce medium or high density hydrophobic fabric. Model STJZ-501 series water jet loom for interweave(leno) net : This model is designed to interweave plastic round fiber with high strength polyester fiber into intertexture net. Two pieces of heald frame are used in the machine. An extra half heald device is applied, which is driven and beat in left and right direction alternatively, a shedding of yarn is therefore formed while weft will be sprayed into the shedding to form fabric. This model of interweave machine is able to weave three-interweave net, five interweave net and seven interweave net.
Model STP-502 series plastic plain weave water jet loom: this model is designed to weave round plastic fiber and fiberglass into plain net. Automatic adjustment continuous let-of system is applied with crank shedding ( Option cam shedding).To achieve smooth weft insertion of plastic which is hard, slippery and absorbent, ultra pressure is applied to water to insert weft.
