Daily maintenance of special vacuum pump for ventilator:
1) The surrounding environment of vacuum pump should be kept clean, dry and well ventilated.
2) Check whether the cooling water channel is smooth.
3) Check whether the lubricating oil of each lubricating part meets the regulations.
4) Each shift must check the tightening bolts of each part, and there must be no looseness, and perform necessary tightening.
5) Always check whether the liquid level in the vacuum tank of the vacuum pump is normal and effective.
6) At any time, pay attention to observe whether there is abnormal sound or vibration in the operation of the equipment.
