E Glass Dircet Roving For LFT
The product is desiged to use silane coupling agent(apecial size formulation). It's good compatible with PP,PA.PPS etc.matrix resin.
LFT Process
LFT process devides into two type.One is LFT-D process. The polymer and fiberglass roving are extruded through double screw extruder.The extruded mxture compiund are suitable for injection or compression molding.The other is LFT-G process. The fiberglass is pulled through molten polymer ensuring good inpregnation of fiberglass.After cooling,the polymer is cutted into pellets which is suitable for injection molding.
