E Glass Fiberglass Yarn for Electronic and Industrial Application
The product is a continuous roving made from "E" Glass,providing stable linear density,excellent abrasion resistance,low fuzz,high tensile strength properties etc. It is designed for use in weaving,plastic coating,braiding process and used for making fiberglass fabric for producing copper clad laminate(CCL) and printed circuit board(PCB).
Weaving Process
The warp and weft roving is interweaved on the loom according to certain rules.The loom consist of shedding,weft insertion,beating-up,warp let-off,wind-up etc.Each motion part follow specific time series and coordinate with each other to finish weft warp inerweaving and fabric formation.
