Existing Sample is free (but we will charge for custom designs). If you have a discount of your FedEx, UPS, TNT or DHL account, we may ship samples with your account. If not, we may charge the shipping freight for samples and ship them by our discount account. It always takes about 2-4 days for shipping.

3. How long is the Sample lead time?
2-3 days for existing random samples and 5-7 days for samples with customized design after all approval.4. How long is the production lead time?
You may quote for the detailed turn around on different orders. 5. What format of the artwork do you need for customized design?
