The use of product:
    DZ 1020-F continuous vacuum packaging machine with superior functionality , easy maintenance, simple operation , widely used, etc., suitable for use in composite film or plastic composite films and other flexible packaging materials. The machine can vacuum packaging for solid, liquid, powder, paste food, food, fruit, seeds, medicines, chemical products, electronic components,

borers, rot and damp, It`s kept fresh and prolonged storage period. 

Features：
    The machine uses chain drive structure, could continuous scrolling packaging.
    Conveyor operate by the electromagnetic brake motor to control, accurate positioning.
    Vacuum chamber lid adopt vertical movement, which running more smoothly.
    Tilt angle adjustable conveyor, gradient are separated to five position: 0 °, 8 °, 16 °, 24 °and 32 °, to prevent the liquid be sputter when packaging.
    Large-size ultra-thin vacuum chamber, which can pack more bags, faster vacuum time.
    Using PLC +Text controller to automatic control let parameter digital, simple and convenient operation.
    Unique vacuum control mode, the packaging can obtain accurate vacuum.
    Built-in sealing heating power line, without power leads in the vacuum chamber, the circuit is safe, reliable. And replacement of the heating wire is very convenience.
    Sealing temperature has wide adjustment range. Sealing is suitable for a variety of different materials and different thicknesses
bags.
    With emergency stop button on the control panel, once discover abnormal during packaging, press the “stop” button to abort the
packaging process and return to the standby state.
