1.Are you trading company or factory ?
We are factory with more than 10 years in home furniture.(we have two factories and 300 direct sale stores in domestic)
2. How do i pay for my purchase order ?
Usually we prefer to the payment 30% deposit by T/T in advance, 70% balance before loading.
payment terms: T/T, Western Union, Paypal and Cash,any other question, please don't hesitate to contact our business representative.
3.How much for the payment fee?
By T/T it costs $10-$20 payment fee.
By Western Union it depend on your country which is about 2.5%-4%
By Paypal it will cost 5% payment fee.
By escrow it costs 15% payment fee.
4.How much the shipping cost and how can I get goods?
Shipping cost: please kindly provide your seaport name to us, and let me know which designs and quantity so that we can get the rough idea about amount cbm. Shipping cost will be quoted to you ASAP .
If you don’t have agent in China, we can arrange goods from CN to your seaport. All you need to do just find a customs brokers for doing customs clearance and collect goods.
5. How’s your quality? How to make sure my goods same as your video or sample in showroom?
Before loading, we will do inspection in my warehouse. Most of our products have stock, we are welcome to sample inspection among my stock.
6. What’s E1 E2 E3 grade panels?
These panels grated by formaldehyde emissions. E3 is harmful but the cheapest. E2 is just meet the standard of European. E1 is the best quality of them.
7. Why those beds from different companies are look same but price is so different?
We pay what we get. Same designs can be made of different material. Even from video or photo they look the same, but we will finally distinguish its value by seeing them and touch them by ourselves. Rather than focus on their video on showroom, we should pay more attention to those finished products in their factory and warehouse.
