Basic Contents
Quality inspections include measuring, testing, and examining a product and then comparing the results to specified requirements.
The objective is to verify product safety, quality, quantity, workmanship, function, color, size, labeling, packing etc.
Pre-production inspection (PPI)
This process is carried out at the beginning of the production line and is based on the customer's specifications and reference sample. The Initial Production Check allows an early (and thus cost-saving) prevention of defective components as well as timely corrections if needed.
During Production Inspection (DPI)
The production is inspected when at least 20% of the order has been completed, this makes it possible to provide recommendations on site, so that the quality is maintained throughout the entire production phase.
Pre-shipment inspection (PSI)
It is carried out when a minimum of 80% of the goods ordered are export packed and 100% of the goods are finished, samples are selected at random, according to AQL sampling standards and procedures.
Container Loading Supervision(CLS)This is carried out in the manufacturer's warehouse or at the forwarder's premises. It may help manufacturer finish loading under correct and clear working clauses and working process.
On line inspection and Full inspection
Our inspector stay on production line to check or supervise the production process.
Inspect the quality according to customer’s standard and/or CIS criteria / experienced documents.
Feedback the actual finding of Non-conformity to customer immediately. To avoid further lose.
Inspect the safety, function, appearance, packing etc.
