Product Description
This production line is a fully automatic folding mask machine.
The production line is composed of material frame and folding machine + vibration plate of automatic feeding breathing valve.
1. Material rack: aluminum section sectional structure, each section has two rolls, the number of rolls is set by the customer; automatic constant tension unwinding; material shortage alarm.
2. Folding machine: integrated with built-in nose strip, logo pad printing, ear strap, upper breathing valve (customized), nose pad sponge and other functions.
3. Automatic delivery of shock disk of breathing valve: customized according to the breathing valve.
This machine adopts PLC, touch screen control, single-phase motor transmission for main conveyor belt, step motor turning, accurate transmission, stable control and adjustable speed.
