This machine  It consist of 1 liquid filler, 1 valve corrector, 1 sealing machine, 1 gas filler. on One working table.
Saves labor, Good Quality and Good price. It has two working model: manually intermittent filling and automatic intermittent filling, intermittent time is adjustable, very flexible and efficient.
The crimping head is mainly used to seal on the corrected and pressed valve with internal expanding mode. It needs to finish two steps respectively. It is advanced type which using pistons to push the empty cans,working friendly. 
It is widely used in daily chemical, auto-care, household-care, food and pharmaceutical industry. Filling moisture spray, wax board, carburetor cleaner, air fresher, spray paint, butane gas cartridge, propane cans etc.

It has a microcomputer (PLC) programmable control, photoelectric sensing.

Usually the compression is 0.2-0.3mm. Then, the pressure cylinder sends a signal to inform sealing cylinder to operate.

This machine has switch off/on key, each key match with one part of the machine. As on the picture from left to right Liquid,valve fixing,Sealing,Gas and red button ( reset ) to stop machine urgently. Use can use machine independently, i mean you can switch off the Liquid head and still using the Gas head.
The sealing machine adopts mechanical motion control, simple air channel, rational Structure,adjustment is convenient, the sealing head is made of high quality stainless Steel, anti-fatigue, resistant to shock, sealing quality is reliable.

Direct connection from LPG tank, material mixed cylinder to the filling machine. Easy to connect easy to use, easy maintenance.
