Cured and Smoked Wild Boar Ham

Bauser is a Chilean venison producer. Game is free range on own ground, natural pasture, no artificial feeding. Curing is in sea salt, adding only natural flavors. Meat will mature in controlled temperature and humidity until reaching desired stage, slightly smoking with native wood species gives the final touch.
Product is presented sliced, vacuum packed in 100 gr pouches or bags.
