However,for customers who have completed the transaction and within 30days after arrival of the product at port of destination,if any problems such as packing damage and product quality and so on, customer can call or sent e-mail with the problems photo to our staff .we will reply you within 2 work days and then tell customer it can be replaced or not ,we will give customer replace number if we can.
