General Description:
CLEANMO CLEANROOM STICKY MAT is a 30ply contamination control tacky mat that
effectively removes dust and dirt on contact. It is composed of 30 easy to peel-off disposable tacky mat sheets, which are especially designed to meet Cleanroom needs. The number of mat layers can be customized according customer need. It removes over 99% of all foot-borne contamination particles from entering the critical environment.
Physical Description:
A. Pressure Sensitive Adhesive – The adhesive is acrylic-based and contains a non- toxic anti-microbialadditive. It has excellent adhesion properties and the coating thickness per ply is 0.030 g/m2 with. It has a pH of 7-8 with and no traces of benzoic acid. Certified by ROHS to be free from hazardous chemicals or heavy metals.
B. Film – The film is a priority blend of polyethylene resins. Each ply measures 0.04 mm in thickness,with the bottom layer measuring about 0.04 mm.
C. Tabs – The pull-tabs are consist of polyolefin film and are numbered consecutively from 30 to 1, whichprevents accidentally pulling off more than one sheet.
MAT COMPOSITION
The plastic film layers represent a proprietary polyethylene film which resin is produced via high-pressure technology. This method eliminates the use of heavy metal catalysts and no measurable amounts of cadmium, chlorine, sodium or lead are present in the film.
The pressure sensitive adhesive is acrylic based and is free of any metal cross-linking agents. The top and bottom release films are also polyethylene films and contain no release coatings.
